Cole Swindell teams with Toby Keith on CMT Awards, with Trisha, Brantley, Midland & more to hand out trophies

CMTCole Swindell will join Toby Keith to sing one of the Oklahoma native’s signature hits on Wednesday night’s CMT Music Awards in Nashville. Toby will also do his new single, “That’s Country Bro,” on the show.

CMT has also unveiled the night’s star-studded list of presenters, with Trisha Yearwood, Brantley Gilbert, Midland, Carly Pearce, Michael Ray, Jimmie Allen, Maddie & Tae, Lindsay Ell, Hunter Hayes, Kiefer Sutherland and more set to take the stage.

For the second year in a row, Little Big Town will host the show, which is packed with practically every country star you can imagine. Tune in Wednesday night at 8 p.m. ET to watch the CMT Music Awards live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
